What the monthly fee covers

Each post is one original content concept. We adapt that concept for the platforms agreed in your package; it is not a separate set of original posts for each platform. Every package includes supporting story posts in addition to its feed posts: ROOT 2 per week, SPROUT 3, BLOOM 5, and THRIVE 7. ROOT includes Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile only. SPROUT, BLOOM and THRIVE include Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. We use your existing accounts on those included platforms. ROOT’s two weekly supporting story posts run on Facebook and Instagram. Other packages’ story posts run on agreed story-capable channels. Google Business Profile receives standard business post versions of the feed content. Content is adapted to each platform’s supported formats; YouTube receives suitable video content within your package’s existing production and editing scope.

All packages include an initial brand and account review, a monthly approval calendar, and one consolidated revision round per monthly batch. You provide business updates and offers. ROOT uses customer-supplied artwork, photos or video and does not include a monthly shoot. Supplying video does not add a separate video-editing allowance to ROOT. SPROUT, BLOOM and THRIVE each include one monthly photography, video, drone or 360° content session: 30, 40 or 60 minutes respectively. Choose the format when scheduling; session time covers the shoot. We use the resulting content in your monthly social posts. You can also supply additional photos or footage. Drone sessions depend on suitable weather, location and flight conditions. Posting begins after content approval and account access are in place.

Facebook & Instagram response support

BLOOM includes up to 20 routine responses per month and THRIVE includes up to 40. ROOT and SPROUT can add up to 20 routine responses per month for an optional $150/month. Each allowance is a combined total across Facebook and Instagram, not a separate allowance for each platform.

Included support, or the optional add-on when selected, provides one check each weekday. We reply using your approved FAQ and tone, subject to account access. Complaints, refund requests and sensitive questions are escalated to you. This is not instant-response or 24/7 monitoring, and it does not include making refund decisions or resolving sensitive customer-service matters.

A website to grow with you

Every package includes a complimentary starter website designed and hosted by Growtrends through ChatGPT Sites: ROOT 1 page, SPROUT up to 3 pages, BLOOM up to 5 pages, and THRIVE up to 10 pages. These are simple informational websites with mobile-friendly layouts and clear phone and email contact links.

Available separately

Paid advertising setup and management, advertising spend, website work beyond the included starter site, ongoing website updates, SEO, logo projects, additional production or expanded 360° tours beyond any included monthly session are quoted separately. Response support is limited to the Facebook and Instagram service described above; support on other platforms or beyond the monthly allowance is scoped separately.

These are monthly service fees. Any setup charge or additional service will be listed in your proposal before work begins.

Previously agreed package inclusions remain as confirmed in your proposal or certificate.
