Do AEO and GEO replace SEO?
They work together. SEO provides the technical and content foundation. AEO focuses on useful, direct answers; GEO focuses on how your business and expertise can be understood and referenced in AI-generated responses. The terms overlap, and each platform works differently.
Can you guarantee a ranking or an AI citation?
No. Search and AI platforms decide what to show. We improve the content, technical foundations and business information within your control, then measure the available signals. Rankings, indexing, citations, traffic and leads are never guaranteed.
Does my website need special AI markup?
Google says its AI search features require no special AI files or schema. We use relevant structured data where appropriate and make sure it matches the visible content. Clear pages, useful answers and reliable technical access remain the starting point.
Does appearing in ChatGPT search mean allowing AI training?
OpenAI provides separate controls for search crawling and model-training crawling. We review those choices with you; a search-visibility project does not require enabling training access. Crawler access alone does not guarantee that your content will appear.
How do you measure progress?
We agree a baseline and reporting scope, then review available search impressions, clicks, relevant queries, AI referrals, citations and qualified inquiries. Platform reports and sampled answer checks show only part of the picture; results can vary by question, location and time.
What does the service cost?
Local Roots is $150/month, Search Growth is $300/month and Regional Reach is $500/month. Every plan includes SEO + AEO for one business and one location, with the monthly deliverables shown above. Advertising spend, website hosting and maintenance are separate. We confirm access, priorities and any additional work before we begin.
